Terms & Conditions

1. This catalog supersedes all previous EFI catalogs.

2. We reserve the right to correct clerical or stenographic errors in quotations, orders, acknowledgements, invoices or other documents.

3. All contracts, agreements and orders are subject to approval by EFI.

4. We assume no responsibility for delays in delivery or
   shipment due to strikes, fires, accidents, or causes
   beyond our control.

5. No product may be returned to us for credit except upon our written authority. When returns have been permitted by us, and are prepaid, a minimum charge of 15% restocking and 10% handling will be made.

6. Confirming orders: To avoid duplications, mark CONFIRMING orders very clearly.

7. We guarantee all our products when used in the service for which we recommend them to the extent of replacing any product which proves defective. We will not be liable for any claims for labor or any other expenses or consequential or secondary damages in any case.

8. In all cases, risk of loss or damage to goods in transit shall fall upon the Purchaser, whose responsibility it shall be to file claims with the carrier.

9. TERMS: net: 30 days. F.O.B. Farmingdale, New Jersey. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be made on all amounts past due according to our terms.

10. All quotations and/or contracts shall be subject to increase, without notice, by the amount of any sales or excise tax levied or charged, by any federal, state or governmental agency.

11. To the best knowledge of EFI, the specifications, descriptions and illustrative material contained herein are accurate as of the date this catalog was approved for printing (April 2002)). EFI reserves the right without prior notice, anytime at its discretion to change any item depicted herein or revise specifications, design or price without incurring any obligation to the customer.

12. No products are returnable after purchaser has had them for a period of 10 days.

13. We cannot guarantee or be liable for glass breaking, clouding up, etching or eating away, etc. which is beyond our control.

14. Upon shipment from our premises, EFI is not liable for any alterations or modifications that may be performed on its products or merchandise.

15. All sales and all contracts or agreements made by us are contingent upon strikes, fire, accidents or other causes beyond our control.

16. We do not recognize any special conditions which may be printed on the customer's orders without our acknowledgment, consent or approval by EFI.

17. For material shipped for export outside of the U.S.A., payment must be made in advance or by irrevocable letter of credit.
