All valves on this page conform to ASME or ASTM specifications.
*NOTE: Important...Specify if valves are to be used for steam service. Gauge valves illustrated on this page are not to be used in steam service exceeding 350 PSI (For up to 450 PSI steam service, our Models EFI 66-H, 66-L, 67-H and 67-L steel gauge valve sets are required ... not shown; contact Ernst Flow Industries for details). When used in steam service Models EFI 331 through 336 and Models 433 through 436 will have automatic ball checks omitted. When used in steam service Models EFI 323 through 326 and Models EFI 423 through 426 can be supplied with automatic ball checks or with them omitted, as specified. The gauge valves with ball checks will have a vertical rising ball in the lower gauge valve.
WARNING: For use with PROCESS SATURATED STEAM APPLICATIONS ONLY. Carbon Steel Gauge Valves ARE NOT TO BE USED WITH SUPERHEATED STEAM.
